- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Your device model and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15 with iOS 26, or Pixel 8 with Android 16).
- The Glypax version, if you know it.
- Screenshots, if they help explain the issue.

Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store you bought from. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app or your data in the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Glypax has no accounts. Use “Restore purchases” in the app while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy.
Can you recover my data?
No. Your records and photos are stored only on your device, and we never receive a copy. To keep your data safe, use the app's export feature (where available) or your device's backups.
How do I delete my data?
Use the “delete all data” option in the app's settings, or uninstall the app. Deleting data is permanent. Please cancel any active subscription first.
